FAQ
Questions people usually ask us
Straight answers in normal language. If you don’t see your question here, you can always message us – we’d rather you ask than guess.
How long does a website take?
Once we have your photos and clear information, most small business sites are ready to go live in around
3–7 days. Bigger sites or slower feedback can take a little longer, but we’ll always be clear about timings so you’re not left guessing.
Do I need to write all the text myself?
No. If you can send us bullet points, rough notes or even voice notes, we’ll turn that into clear website copy
in a tone that fits your business. You always get to review and approve everything before it goes live.
What do you need from me to get started?
We’ll ask for your logo (if you have one), any photos you like, and basic business info:
services, prices, opening hours, contact details and any sites you already like the look of.
Can you update the site for me later?
Yes. If you’d like ongoing support, we can handle updates like new photos, price changes, offers and small layout tweaks.
We’ll agree how often that happens so you know what to expect.
What happens if I don’t like the first version?
That’s normal. The first version is there so we have something real to react to.
We’ll collect your feedback, tighten the layout and tweak the copy until it feels right.
Can you connect my domain and existing email?
Yes. We’ll help connect your domain and make sure any existing email addresses keep working.
We’ll also show you how to manage simple changes if you ever need to.
Will my site work properly on phones?
Yes. Mobile is our baseline. We design and test your site so it feels natural on phones first, then scale
up to tablets and desktops.
Can you work with businesses outside Wiltshire?
Yes. Most of our process can be done over calls, email and message. As long as we can see your work and
understand your business, we can build the site.
